Start by preheating your oven to 175°C. Sift salt, baking soda, baking powder, and flour into a bowl. Mash ripe bananas in another bowl, add sugar, melted butter, an egg, and vanilla extract. Combine with the flour mixture. Divide batter among multiple muffin baking molds, and bake for 20 minutes.

It is a small baked food item made from cake batter. Typically, muffins use a similar process to make a simple cake, the only difference being in the shape and size.

A microwave can be used to cook a muffin instead of an oven; just make sure to use microwave- safe baking molds instead of metal ones. The batter should be microwaved for 45 seconds .Keep checking and run for 30 seconds to 1 minute for a 1200w microwave.

Sift flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl. Heat milk in a saucepan and add cocoa powder. In the cocoa mixture, add sugar, yogurt, egg, and vanilla extract. Combine it with the dry mixture, and gradually add chocolate chips and mix with a spatula. Bake for 25 minutes.

There is no muffin cake as such, but you can make cake from the muffin batter. For that, replace the muffin tin with a 6-inch cake pan and pour the batter into it. Place it in a preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes at 180°C.

Mix sugar, water, vanilla, melted chocolate of your choice, and vinegar in a bowl. Separately, whisk baking powder, cocoa, salt, and flour. Combine the mixtures together, fill the muffin molds, and bake for 20 minutes.

For the perfect double chocolate muffin, use unsweetened or Dutch-processed cocoa powder for the batter, paired with semi-sweet or bittersweet chocolate chips.

A 50-70% dark chocolate or dark chocolate chips can be used in a chocolate oat muffin. Cadbury has a wide range of dark chocolates to choose from.
