You can make besan laddoo by roasting besan in ghee on low heat until it turns golden and aromatic. Later, let it cool slightly, mix in powdered sugar and cardamom, then shape the mixture into round laddoos.
To make til laddoo, dry roast sesame seeds until they start popping. Later, mix them with melted jaggery syrup, stir well, and shape the mixture into laddoos while it is still warm.
You can make coconut laddoos by cooking grated coconut with condensed milk or sugar until the mixture thickens. Add cardamom, let it cool slightly, then roll it into laddoos and coat them with desiccated coconut.
Make dry fruit laddoos bu blending dates with almonds, cashews, pistachios, walnuts, and seeds until combined. Shape the mixture into laddoos and roll them in chopped nuts or coconut if you like.
Make moong dal laddoo by roasting moong dal flour in ghee until it is fragrant and lightly golden. Add powdered sugar and cardamom after it cools slightly, then shape the mixture into laddoos.
To make rawa laddoo from sheera, you need to prepare sheera with semolina, ghee, sugar, and milk. Let it cool until it is warm enough to handle, then shape it into laddoos before it sets completely.
Roast besan on low heat for about 20–25 minutes, and make sure you are stirring it continuously. It should turn golden, smell nutty, and release ghee. Proper roasting gives besan laddoos their rich flavor.
If a laddoo mixture becomes too try, add a little warm ghee or a few teaspoons of warm milk and mix well. Add only a small amount at a time until the mixture becomes soft enough to shape.
You can use good-quality milk or dark chocolate to make Chocolate Laddoos. Add Cadbury Dairy Milk, as it gives a creamy, sweet flavor, while Cadbury Silk gives a richer and smoother texture.
For gourmet Chocolate Laddoos, you can use Cadbury Bournville, as it has a rich cocoa flavor. Gourmet laddoos pair very well with dry fruits, nuts, coconut, and roasted seeds, for flavor and texture.
