Begin with fresh fruits, juice, yogurt, or flavored milk. Pour them into popsicle molds and freeze till set. Do not overfill the molds because liquids tend to expand upon freezing.

Use fresh fruits, Greek yogurt, coconut water, or fruit juices to make popsicles healthier. In case you want to sweeten the mix, use honey in moderate amounts. High-quality dark or semi-sweet chocolate with about 50-70% cocoa content should be used for making popsicles, as this provides rich flavor and texture. Chocolate will make the popsicles sweet. Compound chocolate should not be used.
