How to Make Chocolate Makhana Milkshake

Start by adding warm water to the dates and keeping them aside for an hour.

In a heatproof bowl, add the chocolate and some warm milk. Keep whisking them until the chocolate melts into a smooth mixture.

In a cooking pan, dry-roast the makhanas well until they are crispy and can be crushed easily using your hands.

In a blending jar, add the melted chocolate mixture, dates, milk, and the crushed makhanas and blend everything into a smooth paste.

Once the mixture is ready, pour it into a glass. Garnish it with some crushed dry fruits and serve.
