For the Recipe
- 10 pieces of Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolate
- 1/2 cup ghee
- 1/2 cup besan
- 1/4 cup condensed milk
- 1/4 bowl raisin
- 1/4 bowl pistachio
Directions

Take a heavy bottom pan, melt the ghee. Add besan & keep stirring. Keep cooking until you get a pleasant aroma.

Now add Cadbury Dairymilk chocolate and keep cooking until the chocolate melts and mix with besan.

Add condensed milk for a smoother texture. Keep cooking to mix well.

Once it is done, you will get a thick, smooth buttery texture and the mixture will start to come away from the side.

Once it is ready, turn off the gas and transfer immediately to a tray greased with ghee.

Add chopped pistachio and raisin. Keep it in the fridge for 30 minutes. Cut into desired shape & serve.
You can replace condensed milk with powdered sugar. Here, we have used condensed milk for a better, smoother texture.
