For the Recipe
- 6 pieces of Cadbury Bournville Dark Chocolate
- 4 pieces Oreo biscuits
- 1 & 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup basmati rice
- 5 pieces cardamom pods
- 1/4 tsp saffron
- 2 tsp Greek yogurt
Directions

Soak basmati rice for 1 hour, then dry and grind into a coarse powder.

Pour milk into a thick bottomed pan, keep boiling until it has reduced by half, then add saffron and mix it.

Now gently add ground rice. Keep cooking and stirring until the mixture has thickened slightly.

Now add cardamoms for extra flavor. Keep stirring.

Now add Cadbury Bournville chocolates and let them melt and mix with the mixture.

Add powdered sugar to the pan and keep stirring for two more minutes.

Pour the mixture into a bowl & let it cool a little. Leave to cool at room temperature. Now, add the Greek yogurt and mix well. Chill it overnight in the fridge.

Garnish with some crushed Oreo and Bournville chocolate.
Remove from fridge 1 hour before serving for the best flavor.
