No-Churn Bournvita Ice Cream:

In ice creams, Bournvita can prove to be a terrific flavoring agent. If you don’t want your ice cream to be too sweet, Bournvita is perfect since it contains some sweetness and the dessert won’t need any additional sweeteners.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups heavy cream, chilled
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk, chilled
  • 1/2 cup Bournvita
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Chocolate chips or chunks (optional, for added texture)

Instructions:

  • Place the heavy cream and sweetened condensed milk in the refrigerator for a few hours or overnight to ensure they are well chilled.
  • Whip the chilled heavy cream until stiff peaks form. This step is easier if both the cream and the mixing bowl are very cold.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the chilled sweetened condensed milk, Bournvita, and vanilla extract until well combined.
