5-Ingredient Chocolate Brownie Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs, room temperature
- 1 cup salted butter, melted
- 2/3 cup Cadbury cocoa powder
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
Optional:
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C, and line a 9×9-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Take a big mixing bowl, and add the sugar and eggs. Plug in an electric mixer, and beat on high speed for 3-4 minutes until perfectly smooth.
- Add the melted butter and vanilla and whisk to incorporate.
- Fold in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt until you have a smooth but thick batter.
- Pour the brownie batter into the baking dish. Transfer to the oven and bake for 30-35 minutes. The top will set, and a toothpick inserted into the center might have some moist crumbs. You need the center fudgy, don't overbake. They will keep cooking for a while even after the oven has been shut off.
- Let the brownies cool for 1 hour on a wire rack. Slice and serve, post that.
