Servings
For the Recipe
- 6 pieces of Cadbury Bournville Dark Chocolate
- 1 packet Biscoff biscuits or any digestive biscuits
- 4 tsp unsalted butter
Directions

In a bowl, add pieces of Cadbury Bournville chocolate and melt them gently using a double boiler or microwave for 1 minute, or until fully melted. For even melting, break the chocolate into small pieces.

Stir the melted chocolate well until smooth and glossy. Make sure there are no lumps and the chocolate has a silky consistency.

Take baking cups & fill ⅓ portion with melted chocolate. Keep them in the fridge for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, break the Biscoff biscuits & add them to a blending jar. Blend them until they form a fine powder.

Transfer the powdered biscuits into a bowl. Add melted butter and mix well.

Now fill the next 1/3rd part of the baking cups with crumbled biscuits. Don’t forget to press them gently.

Pour the remaining melted Bournville to fill the rest of the cup.

Garnish with some biscuit crumbles, then refrigerate again for 20 minutes before serving.
Orange zest can be added to melted chocolate for flavour.
