Servings
For the Recipe
- 15 pieces of Oreo cookies
- 1 whole egg
- 2 tsp unsalted butter
- 5 pieces of chopped bournville chocolate
- 5 tsp cream
Directions

Separate the cream from the Oreo biscuits and keep it aside. Grind the biscuits into a fine powder using a mixer or food processor.

In a mixing bowl, combine one egg and unsalted butter. Beat the mixture for about 1 minute until it is well blended and smooth.

Add the ground Oreo biscuit powder into the same bowl with the egg and butter mixture.

Chop some Bournville chocolate and add it to the bowl for a rich chocolate flavor. You may substitute it with any chocolate of your choice.

Mix all the ingredients together thoroughly until a soft dough forms.

Shape the dough into small balls and gently press them to flatten slightly. Place the cookie dough on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake in the microwave or oven for 5 minutes at 180°C.

Allow the cookies to cool. Meanwhile, mix the separated Oreo cream with fresh cream. Transfer the frosting into a gallon-sized zip-top bag, cut a small corner, and pipe the frosting onto the warm cookies in a spiral pattern.

Garnish the cookies with some crushed Oreo pieces on top. Serve warm and enjoy.
Store in an air tight container either in the fridge. In this way, you can preserve the cookies for more that 2 weeks.
