For the Recipe
- 1 packet Dairy Milk chocolate
- 1/2 cup rice flour
- 1/2 cup semolina
- 2 tsp ghee
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 cups oil
- 1/2 cup water
Directions

Add semolina, rice flour, ghee and sugar together in a bowl.

Mix gently until all ingredients mix completely.

Gradually add water to it. The water should be at room temperature. Don't add warm or hot water.

Whisk well till the sugar dissolves completely. The batter should be of a thick consistency.

Heat oil in a wide pan. Using a ladle, pour the batter in a circular shape into the hot oil. Reduce the flame to medium and let it cook on one side. Flip it to the other side using a tong. Fry till it gets light golden brown on both sides.

Remove and drain on a plate. Let it cool completely.

Take Cadbury Dairymilk chocolate in a bowl. Make sure the chocolates are at room temperature.

Microwave and melt the chocolate for 1 minute or until melted. Dip and coat the sel rotis with chocolate. Keep it in the fridge for 1 hour. Your sel roti is ready to serve.
