For the Recipe
- Cadbury Bournville - 2 packets (1 melted, 1 chopped)
- All purpose flour (Maida) - 1 cup
- Butter - 1/3 cup
- Powdered sugar - 1/2 cup
- Cocoa powder - 1 tsp
- Milk - 1/2 cup
For the pistachio layer
- Pistachio - 1 cup (powdered)
- Butter - 1 tsp
- Powdered sugar - 1/3 cup
- Milk - 1/4 cup or as required
For the ganache
- Heavy Cream - 1/2 cup
- Cadbury Bournville - 4 pieces
- Chopped pistachio (for garnishing)
Directions

Break the Bournville chocolate into pieces and melt it.

In a mixing bowl, add all purpose flour, butter, sugar, cocoa powder and melted Bournville chocolate.

Add milk to make a smooth brownie batter.

Mix gently to combine well.

Pour into a lined tin and bake at 175C for 10-12 minutes. Once baked let it cool down completely.

For making the pistachio layer, in a mixing bowl, add butter, powdered sugar, pistachio powder, and milk and give it a good mix.

Chop the Bournville chocolate into pieces.

Add Bournville pieces to the pistachio mixture.

Mix the pistachio with chocolate chips gently.

Pour the pistachio mixture gently over the cooled brownie and refrigerate for 2 hours.

For making the ganache, add Bournville chocolate pieces to the hot cream.

Mix well and let it cool down to room temperature.

Pour it over the chilled brownie and spread evenly.

Spread chopped pistachio on top and let it set for 2 more hours. Slice and serve.
Serve immediately Or can be stored in the refrigerator for 1 day.
