For the Recipe
- 2 tsp cocoa powder
- 2 tsp coffee powder
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 3 tsp maple syrup
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 4 pieces of Strawberries (optional)
Directions

Combine hot coconut milk, coffee powder, and cocoa powder in a large bowl and give it a good stir. Make sure no clumps of cocoa powder remain in the mixture.

Add the chia seeds and maple syrup and whisk them again.

Transfer the mixture to an airtight container or small glass or jar and refrigerate overnight, or until thickened.

The next day, take the jar out of the refrigerator and pour some yogurt. Decorate with some strawberries and serve chilled.
Consume immediately.
