Servings
For the Recipe
- 15 pieces of oreo cookies
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup desiccated coconut
- 2 tsp cardamom powder
- 1 ½ cup coconut milk
Directions

In a medium-sized pan, add coconut milk and sugar. Keep the flame low.

Once sugar gets mixed with coconut milk, add desiccated coconut, and start mixing it.

Now, for flavor, add cardamom powder.

Keep cooking until it forms a smooth, soft dough.

Transfer the coconut Halwa mixture to a butter paper, make sure you grease the paper with ghee. Refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Now, break all the Oreo cookies into a blender and blend until you achieve a smooth, crumbly consistency. You don't need to add any ghee or oil for binding, as Oreo cream will help to bind the dough.

Now spread Oreo crumbles and cover the coconut Halwa.

Gently press it so it will set properly. Refrigerate again for another 30 minutes.

Decorate with some chopped dry fruits or silver varq. Cut into pieces as per your choice and enjoy.
You can serve it with a scoop of ice cream as well.
