Servings
For the Recipe
- Dairy Milk Chocolate - 1 packet (melted)
- Samosa sheet - 6-8 or as required
- All purpose flour (maida) 1 tsp for making slurry
- Honey - 1 tsp
- Desiccated coconut - 1/2 cup
- Cream cheese - 1 cup
- Coconut Cream - 1/2 cup
- Heavy Cream - 1/2 cup
- Powdered sugar - 1 tsp
Directions

Cut the samosa sheet in half.

Shape each half into a cone using a mould.

Seal the edge with a maida (flour) slurry to secure tightly.

Air fry the cones at 180°C for 7–8 minutes or until lightly golden brown (alternatively, you can deep fry them).

Once baked, remove the mould and let them cool down completely.

Brush the cooled cones with honey.

Roll them in desiccated coconut and set aside to firm up.

Break the Dairy Milk Chocolate into pieces and melt it.

For making the filling, in a bowl add cream cheese, heavy cream, powdered sugar, coconut cream and melted chocolate.

Mix until smooth and well combined.

Fill a piping bag with the cream mixture and pipe it into the prepared cones.

Sprinkle chocolate shavings on both sides of the cones and let it set inside refrigerator for 30 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
Can be stored in the refrigerator for 1-2 days.
