For the Recipe
- Cadbury Dairy Milk Silk - 1/2 cup (melted)
- Mangoes - 2 (chopped)
- Sugar - 1 tbsp
- Milk - 1/2 cup
- A few saffron strands
- Cardamom powder - 1 tsp
- For making the rabdi
- Milk -1/2 ltr
- Milk powder - 1 tsp
- Sugar - 1 tsp
- Cashew (chopped) - 1/2 cup + for garnishing
- Dry rose petals & chopped pistachio (optional) for garnishing
Directions

For making the mango layer - Chop the mangoes into small pieces.

Add milk, sugar, saffron strands and cardamom powder with mango pieces and blend it together to make a smooth puree.

Pour a layer of mango mixture into the molds.

Insert an ice cream stick to the mould and freeze for 4-5 hours to set properly.

For making the rabdi layer - Boil milk in a pan, add milk powder and sugar. Cook on low medium flame for 4-5 minutes.

Stir in the chopped cashew nuts.

Add cardamom powder and cook until the mixture thickens slightly. Remove from heat and let it cool down completely.

Pour the rabdi layer in the mango kulfi mould (this will be the second layer) and refrigerate for another 2-3 hours.

For the chocolate layer - Break the Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolate into a microwave safe bowl and melt it.

Pour the melted chocolate on top of the mold (the third layer) and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Demold and garnish with dry rose petals and crunchy pistachio and cashew nuts on top. Enjoy the delicious kulfi.
Serve immediately.
