Servings
For the Recipe
- Cadbury Bournville dark chocolate - 1 regular bars
- Pistachios - 1/2 cup
- Coconut Oil - 1/3 tsp
- Marigold Biscuits - 6-7
Directions

Roast the pistachios in a frying pan or air fryer until fragrant and lightly golden.

Roughly chop the roasted pistachios into small pieces.

Break the Bournville chocolate into small chunks and melt gently in a microwave-safe bowl using 20–30 second bursts, stirring in between, or melt using a double boiler.

Add a small amount of coconut oil to the melted chocolate and stir until smooth and glossy, creating a rich, silky glaze.

Stir thoroughly to ensure the chocolate and coconut oil are fully combined.

Line a plate or tray with parchment paper. Dip each biscuit into the melted chocolate, allowing any excess to drip off, then place on the prepared surface.

While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle the chopped pistachios over the dipped portion of each biscuit.

Allow the chocolate to set at room temperature or chill in the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes until firm. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in a cool place for up to one week.
