Ingredients
1
serving
For the Recipe
- 6 pieces of Cadbury Bournville Dark Chocolate
- 1 packet biscoff biscuits
- 4 tsp unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1 tsp powdered sugar
Directions

Start by placing Biscoff biscuits into a blending jar or food processor. Pulse until the biscuits are finely crushed, forming a smooth, sand-like texture. This will serve as the base of your cheesecake.

Pour the finely ground Biscoff powder in a separate bowl and add melted butter to it. Use a spoon or spatula to mix the butter thoroughly into the crumbs until the mixture resembles wet sand and sticks together when pressed.

Take a round or square pan and line it with parchment paper if needed. Pour the biscuit mixture into the base and press it down evenly using the back of a spoon or the bottom of a flat glass. Make sure the layer is smooth and tightly packed. Place the pan in the refrigerator for at least 15–20 minutes so the base sets properly.

Take a large mixing bowl and add thick, fresh yogurt to it. Make sure the yogurt is not too watery. Add finely chopped pieces of Cadbury Bournville chocolate along with powdered sugar. These three ingredients form the creamy cheesecake topping.

Use a spatula or whisk to gently fold the ingredients together. Mix slowly to avoid making the yogurt runny. Once the chocolate is evenly distributed and the sugar is dissolved, the cheesecake mixture is ready.

Take out the chilled biscuit base from the refrigerator. Pour the prepared yogurt-chocolate mixture over the base and spread it evenly across the surface using a spatula or back of a spoon. Make sure there are no air bubbles and that the top looks smooth and level.

Take a fresh bar of Cadbury Bournville chocolate, break it into small pieces or chunks, and place them into a microwave-safe or heatproof bowl for melting.

Melt the chocolate using a double boiler or microwave for 1 minute until smooth and glossy.

Once the chocolate is melted and silky, pour it over the yogurt layer on the cheesecake. Use a spatula or spoon to spread it evenly across the entire surface.

Sprinkle some crushed Biscoff crumbs and a few pieces of chopped Bournville chocolate over the top for garnish. Place the entire cheesecake back into the fridge and let it set for at least 30 more minutes. Once firm, cut into slices and serve chilled.
Serve chilled. You can use some chopped fruits for garnishing as well.
