For the Recipe
- ½ cup Cadbury gems
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 pieces riped banana
- ¼ tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 tsp honey
Directions

Mash the banana in a large mixing bowl until most of the chunks are gone.

Add oats into the same bowl.

Next, add cinnamon powder and mix everything together.

Add honey and mix again until a sticky dough forms.

Use a spoon or a small cookie scoop to drop the oatmeal cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet, creating any size of cookie you like.

Press the cookie dough balls slightly and decorate them with gems.

Bake the cookies for 10 to 12 minutes, or until they are slightly golden-brown around the edges.
Be sure you use very ripe bananas that have plenty of brown spots for the best result.
