A smoothie is a thick beverage made by blending fruits, vegetables, yogurt, milk, or plant-based products with seeds or oats. It is recommended that sweeteners be minimized to retain their nutritional value.

Add blueberries, either fresh or frozen, and then add yogurt, milk, banana, and a little bit of honey, and blend to make it creamy. Keep it chilled before serving to have a refreshing drink. Do not use too much liquid because it makes the drink thin.

Mix your desired fruits with milk, yogurt, coconut water, or any type of juice and blend until smooth. Add nuts or seeds for nutritional benefit. Never load your blender full because it will not blend uniformly.

Blend soaked oats with milk, banana, dates, cinnamon, and some nuts to make it creamy. You can chill it before serving if you want to. Do not use dry oats directly because they would give you an uneven texture.

Blend ripe bananas with milk, yogurt, honey, and some ice cubes to make it smooth and creamy. Add peanut butter to make it more creamy. Do not use overripe bananas because they would offer a fermented flavor.

Blend some fruits like mangoes, berries, banana, pineapple, or kiwi along with yogurt, milk, or any type of juice to prepare it smoothly. Serve it immediately after preparation. Be careful not to mix too many flavors, as they can neutralize each other.

Blend your cold milk, banana, cocoa powder, melted dark chocolate, and some honey until it becomes smooth. Add some ice cubes if required. Do not use too much chocolate otherwise, it will overshadow your fruit flavors.

Blend your frozen bananas, cocoa powder, milk, and yogurt until it becomes thick enough to be served in a bowl. Top it with some fruits, granola, nuts, or seeds. Avoid using too much liquid, as it will ruin the bowl's consistency.

Dark chocolate containing 60-70% cocoa or Dairy Milk cocoa powder goes well with your protein powder, making it taste balanced. If you prefer a sweeter drink, then milk chocolate would do fine. Avoid chocolates that are overly sweet.
