  • Cadbury Bournville Chocolate - 7-8 pieces
  • All purpose flour - 1 & 1/2 cups
  • Cocoa powder – 2 tsp
  • Baking Soda - 1 teaspoon
  • Baking Powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Granulated sugar - 1 cup
  • Eggs - 2
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Vegetable oil - 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla aessesnce - 1 tea spoon
  • Vanilla ice cream - 2 cups (softened)
  • Heavy cream - 1/2 cup
  • Butter - 1 tsp (optional, fr extra richness)
  • Chocolate shavings or sprinkler for garnishing (optional)

Directions

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
