  • Vermicelli (seviyan) - 1/2 cup
  • Full Cream Milk - 2 cups
  • Sugar - 2 tsp (adjust as per taste)
  • Ghee - 1 tsp
  • Cadbury Dairy Milk Silk - 1 regular bar
  • Chopped nuts and raisins (optional) - for crunch - 1 tsp
  • Cardamom powder (optional) 1/2 tsp

Heat ghee in a pan over low-medium heat and add the vermicelli. Roast, stirring constantly, for 3–4 minutes or until it turns golden brown and aromatic.

Pour in the milk and bring it to a gentle boil, stirring occasionally to prevent the vermicelli from sticking to the bottom.
