For the Recipe

  • Cadbury Dairy Milk Silk - 1 packet
  • Ghee (clarified butter) – 1 tbsp
  • Condensed milk – about 1/2 tin ( 200 ml )
  • Milk powder – 1/2 cup
  • Powdered Sugar - 1 tsp
  • Cardamom powder – 1/4 tsp
  • Almonds – 8–10 (finely chopped or crushed)
  • Cashews – 8–10 (finely chopped or crushed)

Directions

Step 1

Break the Dairy Milk Silk Chocolate into pieces and melt it. Keep aside.

Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a non-stick pan on low heat.

Add the condensed milk and milk powder and powdered sugar. Mix well to avoid lumps.

Stir continuously on low flame until the mixture thickens slightly (3–5 minutes).
