Servings
For the Recipe
- Cadbury Dairy Milk Silk - 1 packet
- Ghee (clarified butter) – 1 tbsp
- Condensed milk – about 1/2 tin ( 200 ml )
- Milk powder – 1/2 cup
- Powdered Sugar - 1 tsp
- Cardamom powder – 1/4 tsp
- Almonds – 8–10 (finely chopped or crushed)
- Cashews – 8–10 (finely chopped or crushed)
Directions

Break the Dairy Milk Silk Chocolate into pieces and melt it. Keep aside.

Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a non-stick pan on low heat.

Add the condensed milk and milk powder and powdered sugar. Mix well to avoid lumps.

Stir continuously on low flame until the mixture thickens slightly (3–5 minutes).

Pour in the melted Dairy Milk Silk and mix thoroughly.

Add cardamom powder for a hint of traditional flavor.

Stir in chopped almonds and cashews and continue cooking the mixture until it thickens to a dough-like consistency and starts to leave the sides of the pan.

Once done, remove from heat and let the mixture cool for a few minutes (not fully cold, just warm enough to handle).

Grease your palms with a little ghee, take small portions, and shape into pedas. Garnish with cashew nut on top . Serve and Enjoy.
You can store for 2-3 days inthe refrigerator.
