Take a bowl. Add 12 (24 halves) Oreo Cookies and crush them until they turn into fine powder.
Add the melted butter. Mix well.
Take 12 muffin cups lined with paper. Add the cookie mixture. Press the mixture onto the bottom of the cups.
Take a ⅓ cup scoop, and fill it with the cookies and cream ice cream. Top up the batter with the scooped ice cream.
Drizzle chocolate syrup, and top it with the whipped cream multi-coloured sprinkles and the remaining cookies.
Freeze for three hours or until firm. Oreo Ice Cream Cupcakes are ready!
