Servings
For the Recipe
- Oreo cookie - 1 packet
- Butter - 2 tablespoon + 1/2 teaspoon
- Milk - 1 & 1/2 cup
- Sugar - 1/2 cup
- Corn flour - 1 tablespoon
- Coffee powder - 1/2 tablespoon
- Chocolate - 1/2 cup (chopped)
Directions

Start by emptying the Oreo cookie packet into a bowl, separating the cream from the cookie, and keep the cream aside. Grind the cookies into crumbs.

Add melted butter to the cookie crumbs and mix gently to combine well.

In serving cups or glasses, add one spoonful of the cookie crumbs to each, then refrigerate for 10 minutes.

Boil milk in a pan, then add the Oreo cream, sugar, corn flour, and coffee powder. Mix well to combine properly.

Cook on low heat, stirring continuously with a spatula, until the mixture thickens.

Once the pudding is ready, pour it into the glasses and refrigerate for 10 minutes.

In a separate bowl, melt chopped chocolate with 1/2 teaspoon of butter and 2 teaspoons of warm milk, mix until smooth. Pour this chocolate mixture over the pudding in the glasses. Refrigerate for another 10 minutes. Once set, garnish with an Oreo cookie on top and serve chilled.
For the milk pudding, you can skip the coffee powder and make a simple, classic milk pudding instead.
