For the Recipe
- Thick curd (yogurt) - 2 cups (hung curd)
- Mango pulp - 1 cup
- Powdered sugar - 2-3 tsp or as per your taste
- Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp (optional)
- Cadbury Dairy Milk Silk- 1 bar
Directions

Whisk the hung curd until smooth and creamy.

Add powdered sugar as per your taste and balance with the sweetness of the mangoes.

Add in cardamom powder and give it a good mix.

Chop mangoes and blend it to a smooth puree.

Fold in the mango puree mixture gently to the hung curd.

Break Silk chocolate into small pieces and melt it.

Fold in the melted chocolate into the mango mixture.

Mix gently and refrigerate for 1–2 hours.

Garnish with mango pieces and melted chocolate before serving. Serve chilled and enjoy.
Serve immediately.
