For the Recipe
- 10 pieces Oreo biscuits
- 1 cup cashew
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 2 mm silver varak for decoration (optional)
Directions

Blend the cashews in a mixer until you get a fine powder. Make sure there are no lumps.

Then, blend the Oreo biscuits in a blender jar until smooth and finely powdered.

In a pan, add water and sugar together. Cook until it forms a one-string consistency sugar syrup.

Now, first add the cashew powder to the sugar syrup.

After that, add the Oreo biscuit powder.

Combine everything well and cook until the mixture starts leaving the sides of the pan.

Grease a plate or baking tray with some ghee or oil and transfer the Oreo mixture into it. Let it cool for some time.

If desired, apply some silver varq on top. Then, cut into pieces and enjoy!
You can refrigerate & store this sweet for 4-5 days in airtight container.
