For the Recipe
- 2 packets of Dairymilk
- 2 cups makhana
- ¼ cup milk
- ¼ cup sugar
- ¼ cup milk powder
- 3 tsp chopped pistachios
Directions

Dry roast makhanas in a medium size pan until it turns crunchy.

Cool it completely and transfer it to a blender. Add sugar and pulse and grind into a fine powder.

Transfer the powder in a bowl, add milk powder and mix well.

Now, take a small bowl, break the chocolate, and add dairy milk chocolate. Microwave for 1 minute.

Pour melted dairy milk chocolate with premade powder & mix well.

Now start adding warm milk, gently knead it and make a soft dough .

Transfer the dough to a butter paper. Make sure you grease the butter paper with oil/ ghee.

Now gently press the dough and garnish with chopped pistachio. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

After 1 hour take it out from the refrigerator and cut into any shape as per your choice. Your barfi is ready.
You can store it in an airtight container for 1 week.
