Servings
For the Recipe
- Ghee - 1 tsp
- Milk powder - 1/2 cup
- Condensed milk - 1/2 cup
- Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp (optional)
- Cadbury Cocoa Powder - 2 tsp
- Silver warq (optional for garnishing)
Directions

Heat ghee in a pan over low heat, then add the milk powder.

Gradually pour in the condensed milk, stirring continuously to prevent lumps.

Keep stirring until the mixture is smooth and begins to thicken slightly (about 2–3 minutes).

Sift in the cocoa powder and mix well to combine.

Continue cooking on low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture starts to leave the sides of the pan and forms a dough-like consistency (about 5–7 minutes). Add cardamom powder and mix well. Turn off the heat.

Allow the mixture to cool slightly until warm but comfortable to handle. Grease your palms and roll small portions into smooth balls, then gently flatten to form pedas.

Garnish with edible silver foil, if desired. Serve and enjoy.
Store in an airtight container up to 3-4 days.
