- Makhana - 1 cup (Roasted)
- Almonds - 6-7
- Dates -2-3
- Chia seeds - 1 tsp
- Warm Milk - 2 cups
- Cadbury Cocoa powder - 1 tsp
- Banana - 1
- Ice cubes (optional)
Directions

In a bowl, combine makhana, almonds, dates, and chia seeds. Pour in warm milk and let the mixture soak for 10 minutes.

After soaking, transfer the mixture to a blender and add cocoa powder.

Add the ripe, chopped banana to enhance sweetness and creaminess.

Add a handful of ice cubes, then blend until you achieve a smooth, velvety consistency.

Pour it into your favorite glass, sprinkle on some roasted makhana and melon seeds for crunch. Serve immediately.
Can be refrigerated and served extra chilled for a more refreshing experience.
