For the Recipe
- Almonds - 1 tsp
- Cashew nuts - 1 tsp
- Rolled Oats - 1 tsp
- Paneer - 100 grams
- Greek Yogurt or Curd - 2 tsp
- Honey or maple syrup - as per taste
- Cadbury Dairy Milk SILK Chocolate - 1 regular bar
- Cherry (for garnishing) optional, you can use chopped nuts, chocolate shavings as well
Directions

Combine Almonds, cashew nuts and oats and blend to a fine powder.

Add 1 teaspoon of butter and mix until the texture resembles coarse crumbs.

Spoon 1–2 teaspoons of the mixture into small ramekins or dessert cups.
Press down firmly to create an even base. Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes to set.

In a bowl, combine paneer and Greek yogurt.

Add honey to taste and blend until smooth and creamy.

For added texture and flavor, mix in some chopped pieces of Cadbury Dairy Milk Silk chocolate. Stir well

Pour the cheesecake mixture over the set nut base in the ramekins. Smooth the tops and refrigerate for 1 hour to allow the layer to firm up.

Break Cadbury Dairy Milk Silk chocolate into pieces and melt it in a microwave-safe bowl.

Stir in a handful of chopped nuts for crunch and mix well.

Pour the melted chocolate-nut mixture over the cheesecake layer to form the final layer. Refrigerate again for 10–15 minutes, or until fully set. Once set, top each ramekin with a cherry or your favorite fruit for a finishing touch.
Serve chilled and enjoy your wholesome, indulgent dessert!
