For the Recipe
- Cadbury Bournville - 2 packets (or as per the size of your Bar mould)
- Fruits of your choice - Mango, Apple, kiwi, Cherry
- Desiccated coconut - 1 tsp (optional)
Directions

Chop your choice of fresh fruits into small to medium-sized pieces.

Break the Bournville chocolate into chunks and melt it gently (using a double boiler or microwave).

Add ½ teaspoon of coconut oil to the melted chocolate and stir until smooth and lump-free.

Pour a layer of the melted chocolate into a chocolate bar mould and spread evenly.

Evenly distribute the chopped fruits over the chocolate layer.

Pour another layer of melted chocolate on top to fully coat the fruits.

Optionally, sprinkle desiccated coconut over the top for added texture and flavor. Freeze for 20–30 minutes or allow to set at room temperature for a few hours. Once set, break into bite-sized pieces. Serve and enjoy!
