  • Cadbury Bournville - 2 packets (or as per the size of your Bar mould)
  • Fruits of your choice - Mango, Apple, kiwi, Cherry
  • Desiccated coconut - 1 tsp (optional)

Chop your choice of fresh fruits into small to medium-sized pieces.

Break the Bournville chocolate into chunks and melt it gently (using a double boiler or microwave).
