For the Recipe
- ½ cup Cadbury gems
- ½ cup curd
- ¾ cup oil
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1+½ cup maida
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ¼ cup pistachio
Directions

In a medium-sized bowl, mix curd, sugar, and oil together.

Keep mixing until everything mixes well.

Now take another bowl and mix maida, cocoa powder, and baking powder.

Next, add chopped pistachios with the dry ingredients.

Fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients nicely. Mix everything nicely and make sure there are no lumps.

Keep mixing until you get a medium-tight batter.

Using an ice cream scoop, fill ¼ cup of each cupcake mold. Decorate with some Cadbury Gems.

Bake the cake at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes. Let it cool & enjoy.
You can decorate this cupcake with powdered sugar.
