For the Recipe
- Milk 1 cup
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Vanilla essence 1/4 tsp
- Chopped Dairy Milk 1/2 cup
- Atta 1 cup
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Baking soda 1/2 tsp
- Grated Carrot 1/2 cup
Directions

Take a mixing bowl. Add warm milk, vanilla essence, sugar, and oil into the bowl.

Give it a nice mix. Then add chopped Dairy Milk chocolate.

Add all-purpose flour into the same bowl.

Add baking soda next.

Add baking powder next.

Now add grated carrot and mix the dry ingredients and the wet ingredients.

Mix everything gently. You can add a little milk if required.

Transfer to a greased baking tray or any bowl. Bake this at 180° for 25 minutes.

Let it cool a little. Garnish and serve.
You can add 1/4 cup mawa with the batter.
