For the Recipe
- Cadbury Dairy Milk Silk Chocolate - 2 regular bars (100 gm)
- Mixed nuts (almonds, cashews, walnuts – chopped) - 1/2 cup
- OREO Cookies - 10-12 (Crushed)
- Coconut oil (optional, helps with smooth melting) - 1 tsp
- Pumpkin seeds (for garnishing). You can use any seeds / nuts
- Pinch of salt (optional, enhances flavor)
Directions

Break the Silk chocolate into small pieces and place in a microwave-safe bowl. Add a spoonful of coconut oil and melt the chocolate in 20-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth. (Alternatively, use a double boiler.)

In a separate bowl, crush 10–12 Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.

Pour the melted chocolate over the crushed Oreos.

Stir in chopped nuts

Sprinkle a pinch of salt, if desired.

Stir thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly combined.

Line a mini muffin tray or silicone mold with liners or lightly grease it. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the mixture into each mold.

Drizzle additional melted chocolate on top and sprinkle with extra Oreo crumbs.

Optionally, top with more chopped nuts for added crunch. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until fully set. Enjoy your rich, crunchy mini chocolate bites with a delightful Oreo twist!
If you like your treats a bit sweeter, you can drizzle honey or maple syrup into the mixture before setting.
