For the Recipe
- Cadbury Dairy Milk Chocolate - 1 packet
- Avocado - 1 & 1/2
- All purpose flour - 1 & 1/2 cup
- Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- A pinch of salt
- Vegetable oil - 1/2 cup
- Brown Sugar - 1/3 cup
- Vanilla Essence - 1 tea spoon
- Milk - 1/4 cup or as required
Directions

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

Chop the avocado into small pieces, add milk, and blend until a smooth consistency is reached.

In a large bowl, beat together brown sugar, vegetable oil, vanilla essence until smooth and creamy.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Add the blended avocado mixture.

Add the milk and stir to incorporate.

Chop the Cadbury Dairy Milk into small pieces.

Fold in the Cadbury Dairy Milk pieces gently.

Pour the batter evenly into the prepared muffin cups and bake in the preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let the muffins cool completely. Serve and Enjoy.
You can store for 2-3 days in an air tight container.
