For the Recipe
- 1 packet Dairymilk Silk
- 1/2 cup samak rice
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup almonds ( chopped)
- 1 tsp saffron
Directions

Heat ghee in a medium-sized pan. Then fry the chopped almonds until they are golden brown. Once done, keep it aside.

In the same pan, shallow-fry the samak rice slightly and set aside.

Add milk and sugar to the same pan. Cook for 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes, once the milk starts to reduce, add samak rice. Let it cook until it becomes soft.

Add a few saffron strands for more flavor.

Once rice is boiled properly, add dairy milk silk chocolate and keep stirring.

Once the chocolate is melted and mixed with the kheer thoroughly, add fried almonds.

Transfer to a bowl and enjoy.
You can use almond milk for a vegan option.
