For the Recipe
- 1 packet Cadbury Dairy Milk
- ¼ cup sugar
- ½ bowl rice
- 2 tsp ghee
- ¼ cup dry fruits
- 2 cups milk
Directions

Take a small bowl and add ghee with soaked rice. Mix & keep aside.

Melt 3/4 cup of sugar over medium heat. Keep an eye on it as it starts to melt and turn golden. Stir occasionally to prevent it from burning.

Add milk into the same pan , mix immediately. now bring the milk to a boil. Once boiling, simmer it for 10 minutes.

Keep stirring the milk until caramel sauce mixes with milk. once it is mixed , milk will change the colour to golden brown.

Add the soaked rice to the boiling milk, and mix well. Simmer for 10 minutes or until the rice is cooked, keep stirring constantly to prevent lumps.

Add the Dairymilk chocolate, and mix.

Add chopped nuts into the milk. you can shallow fry the nuts before adding into milk. it's completely optional.

Simmer for 10 more minutes, or until the rice is completely cooked. let it rest for sometime. Serve in a bowl . Decorate & enjoy.
You can skip sugar & add more dairy milk chocolate.
