Take a bowl. Add the chopped Oreo Cookies and butter. Mix well.
Take 12 muffin cups lined with paper. Scoop ¼ cup of the ice cream into each cup.
Top it with 1½tbsp of the cookie mixture. Press the cookie mixture into the ice cream, so it doesn’t overflow. Freeze it for three hours or until firm.
Remove the ice cream cups from the muffin pan. Discard the paper liners. Place the ice cream cups upside down on dessert plates.
Top with whipped cream and Mini Oreo Cookies. Oreo Mini Ice Cream Cups are ready!
