Servings
For the Recipe
- Cadbury Dairy Milk Silk: 1 large bar
- Rice Flour (Fine): 1.5 cups
- Powdered Sugar: ¾ cup
- Ghee (for dough): 1 tablespoon
- Milk (for binding): 2 to 3 tablespoons
- White Sesame Seeds: 4 tablespoons
- Ghee or Oil (For deep frying): 2 cups
Directions

Take a large mixing bowl and combine the fine rice flour and powdered sugar. Mix them thoroughly.

Add the ghee and start rubbing it into the flour mixture with your fingertips.

Bring everything together into a stiff, tight dough. You can add a little milk to make it smooth.

Cover the dough and let it rest for 2 to 4 hours (or overnight if you have time) so the flavors meld.

Chop Dairymilk silk chocolate.

Take one dough ball, grease your palms with a little ghee, and flatten it slightly. Add chopped Dairymilk silk in the centre.

Seal it completely, so no chocolate can leak out during frying.

Coat all balls with sesame seeds.

Heat oil in a medium-sized pan and carefully fry all balls until golden brown.

Let them cool, then garnish with some melted Dairymilk silk & enjoy.
If your dough feels too dry and cracks at the edges when you flatten it, wet your hands with a tiny drop of milk or ghee to smooth it out.
