- White Bread: 4–5 slices, cut into triangles
- Ghee: 3 tbsp, for shallow frying
- Full-Fat Milk: 2.5 cups
- Dairy Milk Silk: 1 packet
- Sugar: 2 tbsp
- Cardamom Powder: ¼ tsp
- Almonds & Pistachios (Chopped): 2 tbsp, for garnish

Directions

Make the Chocolate Rabri:

Pour full-fat milk into a heavy pan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Add 2 tbsp sugar to the milk.

Add ¼ tsp cardamom powder and reduce heat to low.

Simmer for 12–15 minutes, stirring frequently, until the milk thickens to half its quantity.

Break Cadbury Dairy Milk Silk chocolate with your hand & it to the milk.

Turn off the heat, mix immediately, and let it cool slightly.

Fry the Bread:

Heat 3 tbsp ghee in a flat skillet on medium-low heat.Shallow fry the bread triangles on both sides until deep golden and crispy.

Drain on paper towels.

Assemble:

Spread half of the warm Chocolate Rabri on a serving plate. Place the fried crispy bread triangles on top.
Make the Silk Drizzle:
Melt the Dairy Milk Silk with 1 tbsp warm milk in the microwave (15 seconds) or over warm water until smooth and drizzly.
After pouring the remaining rabdi on while serving, drizzle the melted Silk chocolate generously over the top.
Sprinkle chopped nuts and rose petals. Serve immediately while the bread is still crisp.
To avoid soggy bread, store the components separately until you are ready to serve.
