For the Recipe
- 9 pieces Dairymilk
- 2 cups walnuts
- 1/4 tbsp saffron
- 5 tsp ghee
- 1/4 cup suji
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Directions

Start by shallow frying the walnuts in a heavy bottom pan for a minute. Once done, let them cool.

Once walnuts cool, transfer it to a blender & grind it with some saffron strands.

Next, in a separate pan , add ghee and fry the suji until it turns a beautiful golden brown.

Now add ground walnuts.

Now add powdered sugar and start stirring immediately.

Stir continuously. After 8 to 10 minutes it will turn slightly thick and keep stirring constantly. After few minutes, the mixture will turn thick and start leaving the sides of the pan.

Now switch off the flame and pour the mixture immediately to the prepared plate.keep it into the fridge for 30 minutes.

Now take cadbury Dairy Milk chocolates and microwave for 1 minute or until melt.

Once melted, drizzle the melted chocolates and make design as per your choice. once it is cooled completely slice it and serve.
You can mix saffron strands with warm milk and use for yellow color and more fragrance.
