Ingredients
1
serving
For the Recipe
- 1 tsp cadbury cocoa powder
- ¼ cup fresh mint
- 1 tsp coffee
- 2 tsp sugar
- ½ cup milk
- ¼ cup cream
- 2 cups water
Directions

For the mint syrup: Add the water, granulated sugar, and fresh mint to a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Stirring constantly, bring the mixture to a simmer. Once all of the sugar dissolves, turn the heat off. Let the syrup sit in the saucepan for about 5 minutes to allow the flavors of the mint to continue to steep as the syrup cools.

Once cool, strain the syrup out into a jar or resealable container.

Now, take a glass jar and add coffee powder, sugar, and cocoa powder.

Add a little water and start frothing with the help of a frother. Keep it aside.

Drizzle a few tablespoons of chocolate syrup into the glass. Fill the glass with ice cubes.

Pour the cold brew over the top.

Pour fresh cream on top.

Garnish with some mint leaves and enjoy.
You can store mint syrup in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
