For the Recipe
- 5 pieces cadbury dairy milk silk
- ½ cup soft date without pit
- ¼ cup broken cashew
- 1 tsp rose syrup
- 2 tsp all purpose flour 2 tsp /4.2 gms sugar
- ½ cup ghee
- ½ cup full fat milk
Directions

In a grinder add soft dates with ¼ cup milk & blend a smooth paste.

Heat ghee in a pan. Add date paste into it. cook for 2 minutes.

Now pour milk & keep stirring.

Until you get soft form, keep cooking. once all ingredients mix well & aroma comes out add Cadbury dairy milk silk & mix again.

Stir well and cook for 5 minutes on low flame.

In a baking tray add sugar, all purpose flour, ghee ,rose syrup & broken cashew . mix everything well & bake it for 5 mins at 180©.

Pour payasam in a bowl & garnish with some rose cashew crumble. Enjoy.
You can serve this delicious dates kheer either hot or warm.
