For the Recipe
- 8 pieces Cocobakes cookies
- 2 cups Milk
- ¼ cup Cornstarch
- 4 pieces Cadbury Bournville Chocolate
- ½ cup Chopped Pistachio
Directions

In a medium saucepan, combine milk and fresh cream. Whisk until well blended. Cook over medium heat until it is very hot.

Next, add cornstarch into the same saucepan.

Now, add 4 pieces of Cadbury Bournville chocolate.

Keep stirring until the chocolate melts properly. Continue cooking for about 3 minutes, or until thickened enough that the whisk leaves a trace when stirring in the mixture.

Now, take a glass tray and place the Chocobake cookies one by one.

Pour the chocolate pudding mixture over cookies and cover it.

Garnish with chopped pistachios. Allow it to cool before chilling. Refrigerate until chilled, for about 3 hours. Cut into slices and serve.
Make sure you whisk the mixture constantly, as you do not want the chocolate to stick to the pan.
