For the Recipe
- 4 tsp Cadbury cocoa powder
- 1 sweet potato
- 1 big-size banana
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tsp honey
Directions

Take one medium-sized sweet potato and pressure cook it until two whistles. Let it cool completely, then peel off the skin.

Now, cut boiled sweet potatoes into small pieces.

Take a blender and add chopped, boiled sweet potatoes to it.

Add chopped bananas to the same blender.

Add milk to blend the smoothie until it's smooth. That also gives a smoother consistency.

Sweet potatoes and bananas already contain natural sweeteners. To add a little sweetness, add honey next. You can add jaggery as well.

Add Cadbury cocoa powder to give the chocolatey texture.

Now blend it until you get a smooth consistency. Transfer the smoothie into a bowl. Garnish with chopped nuts and seeds, and bananas. Serve chilled.
You can add any liquid, such as water, milk, plant-based milk, curd, or coconut water, to adjust the batter consistency.
