Servings
For the Recipe
- 6 pieces of Cadbury Bournville Dark Chocolate
- 4 pieces sonpapdi
- 2 scoop vanilla ice-cream cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup pistachio
Directions

Take a blending jar and add a generous scoop of vanilla ice cream. This will form the rich and creamy base of your milkshake.

Break the Soan Papdi into smaller pieces and add them to the jar. You can adjust the quantity depending on how sweet and dense you want your milkshake to be.

Add pieces of Cadbury Bournville chocolate into the jar. This will bring a deep, slightly bitter chocolate note that balances the sweetness of the Soan Papdi.

Pour in the desired amount of milk based on your preferred consistency, less for a thicker shake, more for a lighter one. Blend everything together until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Add soaked pistachios into the blended mixture and blend again briefly to incorporate them. This adds a subtle nuttiness and texture to the shake.

Open the jar and let it sit for a minute. You’ll notice a light, frothy layer forming on the surface. Carefully pour the milkshake into a serving glass.

Garnish the top with chopped pistachios and a few flakes of Soan Papdi for added texture and a decorative finish. Serve the chilled Soan Papdi milkshake to your loved ones and enjoy.
Serve the milkshake immediately to enjoy it fresh.
