Servings
For the Recipe
- Cadbury Bournville - 2 regular bars
- Marigold (or any biscuit of your choice) - 10-12
- Mixed fruit jam - 1/2 cup
- Coconut oil - 1/2 tsp
- Colorful Sprinklers (for garnishing)
Directions

To prepare the Biscuit Sandwiches, take one Marigold biscuit and spread a small amount of fruit jam on the flat side.

Place another biscuit on top to form a sandwich. Gently press them together and set aside. Repeat for all biscuits.

Break the Cadbury Bournville chocolate into small pieces and place them in a microwave-safe bowl (or use a double boiler). Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring in between.

Stir in 1–2 teaspoons of coconut oil into the melted chocolate.

Mix well to achieve a smooth, glossy texture.

Dip each jam-filled biscuit sandwich into the melted chocolate, ensuring it's fully coated. Use a fork or spoon to lift and let the excess chocolate drip off. Place the coated biscuits on a parchment-lined tray.

Sprinkle with your favorite decorations (e.g. colorful sprinkles, chopped nuts). Allow them to set at room temperature or refrigerate for faster setting. Once the chocolate is firm, serve and enjoy your delicious chocolate-coated jam biscuits!.
You can store them (in the refrigerator) and enjoy up to 2-3 days.
