For the Recipe
- All-purpose flour - 1 cup
- Sugar - 1/2 cup
- Baking powder - 1 tsp
- Coffee powder - 1 tsp
- A pinch of salt
- Milk - 1/2 cup
- Butter - 1/4 cup
- Egg - 1
- Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
- Fresh blueberries - 1 cup
For the Oreo Crumble Topping:
- Oreo Cookies (crushed) 6-8 Oreo
- Brown sugar - 2 tsp
- Melted butter - 2 tsp
- All-purpose flour - 2 tsp
- Sliced almonds - 2 tsp
Directions

In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Stir in the coffee powder and mix well.

In another bowl, whisk milk, butter, egg, and add vanilla. Stir gently until all the ingredients are well combined.

Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix until just smooth.

Gently fold the blueberries into the batter.

Grease and line a square or round baking pan, then pour in the batter and spread it evenly across the surface.

To make the Oreo crumble topping - In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, melted butter, flour, and add crushed Oreo.

Stir in the chopped almonds and give it a good mix.

Spread the Oreo-almond crumble mixture over the batter.

Add in some more chopped almonds and bake for 30–35 minutes in a preheated oven to 350°F (175°C) or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center.

Let it cool for 10–15 minutes before slicing. Serve warm or at room temp. Enjoy.
