For the Recipe
- Cadbury Cocoa Powder - 2 tablespoon
- Almond Butter - 1 tablespoon
- Banana - 2 (ripe) + 1 for garnishing on top (optional)
- Vanilla Essence - 1/2 teaspoon
- Cashew nuts - 1 tablespoon (chopped)
- Brown sugar - 1/2 teaspoon
Directions

In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.

Add almond butter and mix well until fully combined with the mashed bananas.

Add cocoa powder (you can sift in the cocoa powder to avoid lumps), then mix until the batter is smooth, and all ingredients are fully incorporated.

Add vanilla essence for extra flavor and mix it in.

Fold in the chopped cashew nuts for added texture.

Pour the prepared batter into a baking tray. Place halved banana slices on top, pressing them gently into the batter, and sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake in a preheated 175°C (350°F) oven for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean with a few moist crumbs.

Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for 5-10 minutes. Once cooled, cut into squares or bars. Serve these delicious and nutritious Chocolate Banana Brownies on a plate and enjoy!
You can adjust the sweetness by adding extra honey or sugar to taste; I didn't add any as the bananas were naturally sweet.
